Manufactured Home Rental Rates

  • In Season – November to April -

  • 2 Bed Rental - $2,600 includes all – Minimum 3 month – Additional months after 3 months $1,600

  • 3 Bed Rental - $2,800 includes all – Minimum 3 month – Additional months after 3 months $1,800

  • Off Season – May to September –

  • 2 Bed Rental - $995 includes all – Minimum 1 month

  • 3 Bed Rental - $1295 includes all – Minimum 1 month

  • Rental Deposit equal to 1 month rent at time of reservation

Additional Rent Information

  • Electricity is charged monthly on a metered basis and must be paid by cash or check only. Water is $10.00 ($12.50 with washer) per month.

  • Late fees for electricity and water is $5.00 if not paid by the 5th of the next month. 

  • There are no refunds on this rate and prepaid rent may not be transferred in sale of home.

  • Rent is based on 2 person occupancy. Guest charges are $2 per person per day. Longer term reservations (seasonal or multi-month) supersede shorter term (daily or weekly) reservations. If that occurs you may be moved to an equivalent unit.

  • Deposits: 1 month rental: $250. 2 or more months: $500. BALANCE DUE ON ARRIVAL

  • We accept payment in Travelers Checks in US Funds, Checks drawn on US Banks and credit cards of Visa, Mastercard and Discover. No refunds for early departure.

Mobile Home Lot Information

  • Regular Rate is $475 a Month or $5700 Annually

  • If paid in full by April 1st, a $285 discount will be applied ($5415)

  • Natural gas and water are charged on a monthly meter basis 

  • Late fee after the 5th of each month is $60 for rent and $5 for late gas and water

  • Administrative fees: Renting is $25 (each time a resident's unit is rented), Application and Background Check fee is $50 and storage are is $40 a month

  • ANNUAL RENT WITHOUT A SIGNED LEASE ADDENDUM PAY AN EXTRA 5%

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: Your deposit will be applied to your rent with the balance due upon arrival. There will be no refund for unused rent. All utilities must be paid in full upon billing. The specific site or rental unit cannot be guaranteed, however every attempt to reserve the site or rental unit requested will be made. RV lots rented on a seasonal basis may be reassigned if someone desires to rent the lot annually. The seasonal renter will be notified and given the opportunity to rent the lot annually. If a rental unit is sold, we will contact you and give you another unit of your choice. Please contact us as soon as possible if any corrections are necessary. All cancellation requests must be in writing and made before September 1st prior to your arrival. Refund checks can take 3 months to process, done quarterly. 

  • RV Site Cancellations: A $50 cancellation fee will be subtracted from your deposit. If your cancellation request is after September 1st, you may, ONE TIME, rollover your RV deposit to the next season. There will be no refunds on rollovers.

  • Rental Unit Cancellations: A $250 cancellation fee will be subtracted from your deposit. No refunds after September 1st, you may, ONE TIME, rollover your 3 month rental unit deposit to the next season with an additional deposit of $200 made by the September 1st prior to your rollover reservation. There will be no refunds on rollovers. No rental unit refunds on less than a 3 month reservation. Reservations for less than 3 months can only be made after the October 1st prior to your reservation arrival date.
