Move-In Special!

Upon approval, new residents will have the cost to move in a home covered when moving their home into the community. We will provide full hookups at no charge, as well as waive the application fee.

Resident Referrals are given to current tenants who refer a new community member. $50 credit for a seasonal renter referral. $100 credit for an annual renter referral. $300 credit for referring someone who buys a community-owned home.

Purchase a community-owned home, and upon approval for residency, receive your second month of rent for free, as well as a $0 application fee.
